Night Care Worker
Location: Whittlesey
Contract: Zero-hour contract / Night Shift 8pm – 8am
Salary: £12.60 an hour raising to £13.45 on 1st April, plus great company benefits.
We are looking for empathetic, passionate and hard working Care Workers to join our nights team at Willow Court in Whittlesey.
About the role:
We value our service users and encourage them to be as independent as possible. Duties as a Care Worker will vary on a shift basis and these may include supporting with personal care needs, prompting, or assisting with medication, responding to the emergency phones, completing night care shifts, laundry and domestic tasks.
Hours of work will be 8pm – 8am, extra night or day shifts can be picked up if wanted.
We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people. Our goal is to provide housing with care based on an enabling approach with an outcome focused support planning process.
