We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process where, as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.
Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues, and departments at Sonderwell Group.
Your ongoing development, whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher, or specific clinic training, is invested in too.
You will be spending your time with our client within their own home, supporting with their daily routine.
Your day-to-day activities may include & experience we are looking for:
* Enteral Feed
* Mandatory Compliance
* Medication Administration
Non Invasive Ventilation
* Paediatric nurse registered
