This leadership role will focus on FPGA, MPSoC, and AI-based platforms for applications in SDR, radar signal processing, and sensor fusion, guiding multidisciplinary teams across the full product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead digital hardware design activities from specification through to delivery, ensuring alignment with system and customer requirements. Define hardware architectures and oversee detailed design of FPGA, DDR/Flash memory, and high-speed interconnect solutions. Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams (systems, software, firmware, mechanical, and production). Drive best practices in signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis. Support design validation and board-level debug using VHDL, C, C++, or Python. Apply DSP knowledge to SDR, radar, and optical sensor applications.
