Due to expansion, our clients based in the Huntingdon area, are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This opportunity offers an exciting opportunity to write Mortgage and Protection business in a well-respected Financial Services business.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
1. Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
2. 20% commission
3. OTE £50,000 - £60,000
We are looking for candidates who possess previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a CeMAP qualification. The ideal individual will have a strong understanding of the mortgage product landscape and outstanding communication skills. You should be self-motivated, driven, and ready to deliver tailored advice to clients based on their unique financial situations and goals.

5. Assess customer financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
7. Remain up-to-date with mortgage products, industry guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
8. Handle the mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
9. Deliver ongoing support and guidance to clients post-application to ensure satisfaction.
