Job Title: Major & Complex Loss - Surveyor

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to join a leading organisation within the insurance industry, managing major and complex commercial property claims across the UK.
This role focuses on providing technical surveying expertise to support complex losses such as large-scale fire, flood, and catastrophic events. You’ll work closely with loss adjusters, insurers, and contractors to deliver accurate assessments and factual reports that support high-value claim resolutions.
The position is fully remote, with national coverage and occasional regional travel or overnight stays when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and report on major and complex loss incidents on behalf of insurers.
2. Conduct site inspections to assess damage, gather evidence, and identify reinstatement requirements.
3. Produce detailed factual reports and cost assessments within agreed SLA timelines.
