Minerva Design is a bespoke handmade kitchen company who specialise in designing, crafting and fitting bespoke kitchens and interiors in the homes within the West Midlands. Our main showroom and workshops are based in Herefordshire. We are a growing company and are seeking a new member of the team to join our marketing department.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for the daily tasks to ensure all platforms are kept up to do on social media - Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest. As well as email campaigns, blogs and updating the website regularly. You'll collaborate with our management team to assist and help curate campaigns to align with goals and performance targets.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and reach
* Create and schedule organic content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and additional platforms
* Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities to optimise campaigns
* Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports
* Research competitors and provide insights for content positioning
* Create creative ideas for visuals, captions, and campaigns
* Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and audience engagement
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing social media accounts
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement strategies
* Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills
* Ability to analyse performance metrics and report results
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £25,000-£27,000 pro-rata
Office Hours: 20hours (Flexible)
