Finance PMO Analyst 3 Month contract (Possible Extension) Full-time Inside IR35 Hybrid - Two days in the office, flex on which days Office address: Trinity House, 2 Burton Street, Nottingham, NG1 4BX We are seeking a PMO Financial Analyst to drive financial oversight and insight across Programmes and Projects. In this role, you will analyse financial data, produce actionable reports, and provide insights that enable informed decision-making and successful programme delivery. You will work closely with Programme and Project Managers, finance teams, and key stakeholders to monitor budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and support the financial management of the Change Plan. Initially it will be a three-month contract - with potential to extend. This full-time, which offers a hybrid working setup, based out of the Nottingham office. Accountabilities: Manage and control project financials, ensuring compliance with governance and processes. Deliver timely monthly and year-end financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to Programme Managers, Project Managers, and stakeholders. Identify financial risks and opportunities, offering actionable recommendations to optimize outcomes. Support project decision-making with financial analysis, modeling, business cases, and investment proposals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive effective decisions. Knowledge and Skills: Strong expertise in SAP, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Journal Transfers Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to maintain project financial control Analytical problem-solver: identifies issues, implements corrective actions, and prevents recurrence Effective communicator at all organizational levels Ensures compliance with financial governance Produces and maintains project financial reports and cost models Familiarity with Apptio is a plusPlease note: Should your application be successful, and you are offered the role, a number of pre-employment checks need to be carried out before your appointment can be confirmed.
