The Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the mainland community nursing teams for two full-time District Nurse Specialist Practitioner/Senior Community Nurses. Applications are invited from experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals who are able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of practice detailed within The Scottish Government Transforming Roles paper.
The post holders will have accountability for the caseload management and care coordination of highly complex patients in a remote and rural area. You should have leadership experience and demonstrate highly developed team working and interpersonal qualities. This role will comprise of 0830-1700 working with weekend and out of hours cover.
