Capital Works Contracts Manager
Location - Chesterfield
Position Details: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting at £44,752.07 per annum, increasing to £46,449.74, plus an Essential Car User Allowance of £963.00 per annum
Sellick Partnership Ltd is assisting a well-established housing association in recruiting a Capital Works Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate resources, procurement, and stakeholder consultations, working with colleagues across service areas.
* Collaborate with the Customer Liaison Team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication during capital works projects.
* Oversee on-site project delivery, quality management, joint audits with H&S, stakeholder liaising, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and report on monthly performance related to spend and completed works.
* Ensure projects adhere to schedules and maintain high workmanship standards throughout.
Experience Required
* Significant experience in a housing-related or public service environment, with regeneration knowledge.
* Experience in project delivery, scheme modeling, options appraisals, financial viability, and funding streams.
* Effective people management within a customer-focused service delivery organization.
