We're currently recruiting a dedicated Service Centre Operator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part time basis, contracted to 18 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk queries, ensuring soft services requests are accurately logged and followed through to resolution.
Monitor service tickets, escalate issues when appropriate, and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
Take clear and professional minutes during internal and external meetings, in accordance with company standards.
Provide excellent customer service, aiming for timely and effective resolution of all queries.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with on-site teams and colleagues to support smooth daily operations.
Our ideal Service Centre Operator will:
Some experience in facilities management, particularly within soft services or helpdesk environments (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided).
Confidence in scheduling staff and coordinating service requests.
Proficiency in using IT systems, especially helpdesk and CAFM platforms.
