We're now looking for a Strategic Programme Manager to operate at the heart of this programme, a trusted partner to the Programme Director, helping translate vision into delivery.
The role: influencing at the highest level
This is not a traditional programme management role. As Strategic Programme Manager, you'll work closely with the Programme Director, operating across strategy, delivery and executive decision-making. You'll work at the centre of a complex, high-profile programme, ensuring priorities are clear, actions are delivered, and the programme continues to move forward at pace. You will:
* Shape and drive strategic priorities, turning long-term vision into actionable delivery plans
* Lead high-impact initiatives, working across multiple directorates and workstreams
* Provide senior-level insight and challenge, supporting effective decision-making across the programme
* Act as a key connector across the organisation, ensuring alignment between delivery, corporate functions and external partners
* Represent and deputise for the Programme Director, engaging with senior stakeholders and industry partners
You'll have visibility across the entire programme, influencing decisions that will shape its future.

* The ability to distil complex information into clear insight and action
* Excellent communication skills and the credibility to operate at senior levels
