The Governors, Staff and Children of Cross Ash Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher, with proven leadership skills, to take up the role of Deputy Headteacher. The Deputy Headteacher will inspire, support, and lead an enthusiastic and dedicated team, building on the excellent Estyn Inspection Report of May 2024. We require a lead professional who is committed to developing the long-term future of our school, always aspiring for excellence.
Cross Ash Primary is a rural school, making it quite unique. You will need to be an integral part of this school community, ensuring that links with parents and the wider community remain a priority. You will need recent leadership experience and knowledge of Curriculum for Wales. You will be expected to lead on Curriculum for Wales and assessment processes, ensuring excellent progress and outcomes for all children.
