We can offer flexible day‑to‑day supply, short‑term roles, and long‑term assignments, depending on your availability and experience.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be working closely with teachers and pupils to provide support both in and out of the classroom. This may include:
Supporting pupils with SEND
One‑to‑one support or small‑group interventions
Behaviour support
Assisting with classroom tasks and lesson delivery
Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environmentNo two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who is adaptable, patient, and passionate about education.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, care, tutoring etc.)
A positive, supportive approach
Good communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and pupils
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)What Veritas Education Offers
