Location: North- West Employment Type: Full-Time Reports to: Client Services Direct or Company Overview An exciting and rapidly growing energy efficiency renewables business is seeking a n experienced Office Manager, based in a n office in South Manchester. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead and manage all administrative functions within our busy and growing office. You will oversee all administration du ties, implement efficient systems and procedures, and support overall business operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership, organi s ational, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of administration across the b usiness, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations M aintaining Asset Regi ster C o-ordinating and managing Fleet Develop, implement, and maintain administrative systems, procedures and processes Organis ing Staffing and Social Events Manage data entry, document control, and filing systems (digital and physical) Prepare internal reports for senior management, including KPIs and performance updates Work closely with finance and operations teams to support invoicing and procurement processes Manag ing ord ers, creating PO s for materials required in line with procurement processes Identify areas for process improvement and help drive operational efficiency Train, supervise, and support any admin staff Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager, or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organis ational, time management, and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS word, Office & Excel) Experience with energy efficiency or construction sector administration is desirab le but not e ssential High attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience 2 5 days holiday plus bank h olidays Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development Involvement in a growing industry focused on sustainability and environmental impact Pension schem e
