To help drive our growth plan, we’re looking for a Digital Copywriter with proven experience in writing effective content across various digital channels. To succeed, you’ll need to understand data, build strong relationships and have the right technical toolkit at your disposal. As Digital Copywriter, you’ll create compelling, plain-language website content aligned to our brand tone. You’ll optimise copy for each digital channel and ensure consistency across all platforms. You’ll also drive organic growth by producing regular, user-focused content written for AI-powered search, as well as refining existing content to make it more engaging and effective. Your responsibilities will include: Data‑Driven & GEO Strategy: Work with SEO and Analytics to identify user‑intent opportunities and optimise content for both traditional search and AI‑driven GEO visibility. Multi‑Channel Execution: Create high‑performing copy for websites, landing pages, paid media, and concise micro‑copy to improve mobile app journeys and conversions. AI‑Augmented Workflows: Use AI tools responsibly to scale content creation and ideation while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. Editorial Governance: Serve as the lead reviewer for all digital copy, maintaining accessible, inclusive, and fully compliant content. Brand Stewardship: Help develop and maintain a unified digital tone of voice across all brands. Lifecycle Management: Audit and refresh content regularly to keep evergreen assets authoritative and relevant. Project Leadership: Manage the end‑to‑end content pipeline across multiple brands, coordinating with Web, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams for accuracy and timely delivery We offer a base salary dependent on experience from £38000 - £48000.
