This role supports our commitment to being a leading Workspace value-added integrator, focusing on digital and tech solutions across IT consultancy, data analytics, software, and infrastructure.
* Support multiple functions such as sales, presales, technical support, and transition management to deliver projects on time and meet customer requirements.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver solutions that support Ricoh's role as a workspace value-added integrator.
* Engage as a subject matter expert on Ricoh customers, undertake internal projects to gain insights into customer needs, and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
* Learn and work with various technologies to create solutions that meet current and future customer needs, solving problems and providing scalable applications.
* Utilize data and emerging technologies to enhance customer offerings, improve processes, and support governance.
* Collaborate across teams to enhance digital factory offerings with reliable, scalable data solutions platforms.
Ideal Candidate:
* GCSE English and Maths at Level 4/Grade C or above.
* Up to three Level 3 qualifications at Grade C or above, including mathematics, computer science, or IT (preferred but not required).
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Team player with problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated with initiative and influence skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK.
