We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Client with ultimately driving their revenue growth and value through selling, whilst delivering excellent service. What You’ll Be Doing: * Building and maintaining strong relationships virtually with existing and potential customers, ensuring effective product matching to best meet with the requirements of the customer and support them in growing their business. * Deploy effective sales techniques over the phone, to profile and understand the needs of the customer, then using this information to maximise margin * Negotiate within the commercial parameters in order to leverage additional sales and margin * Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, demonstrating motivation, resilience and a proactive approach to sales activities and consistently striving for excellence What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience of dealing with customers whether in a retail or contact centre environment. * Transferable skills that will support good customer experience such as strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships * Requirement to be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Benefits on Offer: * A massive number of benefits which can be discussed on request – Including Performance related pay monthly, pension scheme and many more!
