The Role
Duties
As a Fitter, youll work on a range of custom vehicle conversions, assembling and installing bespoke products designed to meet exact customer specifications. Your duties include:
Assembling products and bespoke fittings
Confidently use and maintain hand tools
Quality checking materials and finished items
Manual handling and lifting
Following verbal and written instructions
Maintaining good housekeeping and health and safety standards
Working independently and as part of a team
Meeting tight deadlines with precision and care
The Ideal Candidate
Were Looking For Someone Who Is
Experienced in manufacturing, installation or similar hands-on work (training given)
Competent with hand tools
Hard-working, reliable and punctual
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to work on their own
Able to follow instructions and work to SWPs
Eager to learn new skills
A team player with good communication skills
Knowledgeable about workplace health and safety
