Key Responsibilities
* Create and tailor content in the Workstyle tone of voice for LinkedIn, ensuring it is digestible and engaging.
* Optimize posts based on LinkedIn algorithms to maximize reach.
* Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
* Advise on media formats (e.g., text posts, carousels, videos) suitable for LinkedIn.
* Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive, incorporating features like alt text and captions.
* Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes to enhance content effectiveness.
