About the role: As part of the Sales: Major Business Team, the Onboarding & Registrations CSA will; - Manage registration handling and effective Customer Onboarding to ensure a seamless transfer to Drax - Be responsible for the first bills being accurately billed, paid on time and direct debits being in place alongside communicating -with our new customers. - Own the customer experience through continuous improvement and quality assurance -Accurately update customer account information, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data -Resolve customer, industry and internal enquiries, escalating as appropriate - Ensure correct contracts and rates are in internal systems in a timely and efficient manner - Adhere to company and regulatory principles, including industry Standards of Conduct, Data Protection and company policies Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you’ll… - Have experience of working in a targeted environment, prioritising workload, and remaining proactive - Be confident investigating queries, using initiative to make sound decisions and conscientious with influencing, negotiating and -conflict resolution skills -Have the ability to build rapport through professional telephone, written and face to face communication - Be IT literate with a keen eye for detail, a high level of accuracy and the ability to learn new systems and processes - An understanding of the Electricity industry and the regulatory environment that governs it would be advantageous Rewards and benefits: As you help us to shape the future, we’ve shaped our rewards and benefits to help you thrive and support your lifestyle.
