Purpose
IDEMIA Public Security's Justice and Public Safety division applies biometric technology expertise to empower global law enforcement agencies. With 50+ years of experience, we are trusted by over 85 governments worldwide. Our tools, from fingerprint matching to face recognition, enhance policing processes. Committed to fairness and accuracy, we collaborate closely with customers for global security.
As a Sales Manager at IDEMIA, you will lead customer acquisition initiatives and drive successful product launches, creating new business opportunities and expanding into new markets.
Key Missions
1. Builds a strong knowledge of the eco-system in the respective scope
2. Defines a go to market strategy
3. Prospects and builds an opportunity pipeline through active monitoring of legislation, budgets and call for tenders
4. Builds channel partnership (formal or informal)
5. Conducts commercial pitch
6. Analyzes competition environment to define a pricing strategy
7. Closes deals and coordinating implementation
8. Defines the go to market strategy
9. Coaches and reviews deal strategy prepared by their team members for strategic deals
10. Deals with strategic customer escalation
11. Represents business in all key internal milestones (target definition, vcp, budget)
Required skills:
12. Previous experience in complex sales (5 to 10 years) with experience in Public tenders
13. Excellent communication & presentation skills
14. Understanding of the justice and public safety industry, police background preferred
15. Demonstrated the ability to negotiate complex deals for net new business
16. Intellectually curious for Technology
17. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
18. Motivated and well organised
19. Proven sales experience within the UK and Ireland market
