On behalf of a forward-thinking secondary school in Dartford, we are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT and Esports Teacher for a short-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering lessons in both traditional IT subjects and the rapidly growing field of Esports.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in IT and Esports across KS3 to KS5
* Support students in developing digital literacy, technical skills, and teamwork
* Contribute to curriculum planning and assessment within the department
* Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching IT at secondary level (KS3-KS5)
* Knowledge or experience in teaching Esports or related digital media subjects
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to start at short notice and commit for the duration of the contract
