Production Operative - Food Production
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join the team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will ensure products are handled, packed, and prepared to the highest standards.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Pay Rate:
£12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing and packing food products
* Manual handling of materials and finished goods
* Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace (clean-as-you-go approach)
* Following all health and safety procedures
Ideal Candidate:
* Able to work in a busy production environment
* Comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Reliable and punctual
* Good attention to detail
* Previous manufacturing experience (food industry preferred)
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Positive, "can do" attitude with a proactive approach
* Honest, reliable, and a strong team player
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment
