As a Sales and Aftersales Administrator, you will support a high-quality and exclusive customer care service. Working alongside the sales teams you will liaise with customers developing long lasting, fruitful relationships.
What does the role involve?
Help our customers with the administrative process before, during and after a vehicle purchase.
Working closely with parts and service to manage ETA of accessories with vehicles being booked into the workshops
Taking part in miscellaneous dealership duties.
Having administrative experience in a sales supporting role would bedesirable
Updating and maintaining the CRM system
Co-ordinating with and assisting the Sales Team.
Co-ordinating with other members of the Operations team to ensure customers orders are fulfilled on time.
Handling general queries from customers and suppliers.
Performing market research to help populate CRM system.
Aftersales support.
Process and support the resolution of customer complaints.
Administration support for the Training Department..
Assist with other tasks as needed.
