Join Roche, where every voice matters.### ### The PositionWe’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our General Manager (predominantly) and leadership team during a 12-month maternity leave cover. This role requires in-office attendance two days per week, with flexibility to align with the General Manager’s schedule.As an Executive Assistant and Leadership Team support, you are responsible for:* Aligning your personal purpose to the Organisational North Star to enable you to flourish and shine in your role* Utilising your skills and capabilities, and working flexibly to ensure core work is delivered in line with Organisational principles* Working collaboratively and sharing expertise across the organisation to remove silos and duplication, ensure efficient use of similar skill-sets, and to ultimately support common pursuit of the North Star* Acting as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics and safety; putting patients at the centre of all actions by consistent business behaviour that complies with applicable laws, industry codes and Roche’s Code of Conduct.* Owning your development to ensure you are continually growing skills and capabilities in line with your passions and the needs of the Organisation (present and future)**Your Profile:*** Prior EA experience in a corporate setting* Able to work autonomously managing hugely busy, ever changing and complex diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessary* Comfortable with scheduling meetings across different time zones* Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects autonomously, to deadlines and often under pressure* Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Excellent judgement is essential.* Highly adaptable to changing situations and flexible in their working hours and locations* Able to develop strong relationships with business colleagues and senior level stakeholders. Have a high degree of professionalism* Solution focussed, always thinking ahead and be proactive in all aspects of their work* Comfortable in challenging the leadership team and the status quo* Have natural gravitas and meticulous attention to detail* Be comfortable in coordinating VIP visits and meetings, such as global leadership team visits (3-5 days), Political meetings, leadership team events# Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
