Senior Finance Business Partner Your team Reporting into the Head of Finance, th is role will be responsible for business partnering with the Sky Gaming Marketing Director, the Media Planning and New Customer Acquisition teams for the Sky Gaming business. It will be instrumental in improving c ontribution through spend analysis and control to support the business in finding opportunities to drive growth. The role will also provide support and insight to assess marketing performance v the other brands within UKI. What you`ll do Key business partner to the Sky Gaming Marketing Director, Media P l anning and New Customer Acquisition Team. Lead preparation of forecasts for Sky Vegas, Casino, Bingo & Poker Marketing, both brand and acquisition looking at spend and analytics for return on investment and value into the business. Ensur ing that internal partners are fully engaged in the P&L impact of assumptions and that targets are challenging but achievable Support the Marketing team to hit cost and n ew c ustomer targets Identification and delivery of opportunities to increase payback on marketing investment : finding opportunities to reduce costs and invest more where e fficien t Provide finance support on key commercial negotiations for significant third-party Marketing suppliers Provide input to key commercial and analytical issues and decisions in relation to Marketing and wider Gaming business Deliver monthly performance reviews for the Marketing team s and the Gaming Leadership Team Support in the production & presentation of reasons for investment Working across brands & with the central costs team, help i mprov e the understanding and measurement of return on investment for all Bet / Gaming spend whilst making recommendations to improv e overall ROI/ efficiency Work with UK&I Marketing finance team to meet divisional goals and requirements Develop close relationships across the wider finance function. Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required Highly numerate with strong financial and analytical skills Confirmed experience of business partnering and commercial acuity, able to communicate financial performance to senior internal partners and to simplify sophisticated information Strong communication, influencing, collaboration and relationship building skills across matrix cultures Results oriented, with the ability to take decisions quickly when necessary and the resilience to challenge. Bias to action Ambitions to lead and develop a team ( optional ) As t he role has internal partners in both Leeds and Gibraltar there will be a requirement for some travel to these locations.
