Your Role: Deliver Therapeutic Teaching: Move beyond standard lesson plans. You will design and deliver creative, flexible lessons that re-engage students with their education, managing a range of SEMH needs such as anxiety, trauma, and challenging behaviour. You will foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment where pupils feel understood, secure, and motivated to rebuild their confidence.
