We are looking for a Bank Care Assistant to join our team on Days at The Poets, our flagship nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex.
Hours of work: BANK
As a Care Assistant you will be
* Providing high‑quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
* Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to residents where necessary;
* Ensuring electronic resident personalised interactions are inputted into the system;
* Serving food and drinks to residents and promoting social dining experiences;
* Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

* £12.25p/h weekdays, £12.86p/h weekends, rising to £12.65p/h and £13.28p/h;
