Rutherfords LLP are seeking to recruit a full time legal secretary for all four departments based at Ventura House office in Tamworth. This is a full-time position 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday in the office.
Previous experience in a legal environmental and using a case management system is required in at least one field of law and training will be given for the other departments. The role mainly includes typing of emails, letters and residential reports, filing, office payments, telephone calls and emails.
Duties to include:
Accurate and fast typing
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
