Your main responsibility is to ensure all site utilities are run safely, efficiently and in line with regulations. You'll also lead maintenance manage contractors, respond to emergencies and implement energy-saving initiatives, all while supporting budgets, hygeine standards and positive working environment. The company are open to experienced engineers within utilities or if you're looking to go in a different direction to your standard \"maintenance engineering\" roles, then this is the move you need!

What You’ll Do:
* Keep all site utilities running safely & efficiently
* Maintain boilers, compressed air, water treatment, effluent systems
* Lead contractors & manage day-to-day operations
* Respond to emergencies & breakdowns
* Identify energy-saving opportunities
* Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental standards
Who You Are:
* Qualified Maintenance Engineer (Electrically biased, NVQ Level 3+)
* Hands-on & proactive with planned & reactive maintenance
* Strong technical knowledge across utilities systems
* Positive, flexible, team player
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience with steam boilers, compressed air, effluent/wastewater treatment
