We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Creative and Digital Manager to lead our internal creative team and oversee the delivery of marketing assets across our B2B and D2C channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all creative output-from product launches and brand campaigns to e-commerce, CRM, and retail marketing support.
You will manage a team of 5 creatives, including a Creative Lead, artworkers, studio photographer and digital asset personnel, ensuring all content is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business and marketing objectives. This is a process-driven, operationally focused leadership role with strong creative oversight-ideal for someone who understands both visual storytelling and the mechanics of high-volume content delivery.
What will I be accountable for?
Creative Project & Workflow Management
* Own and manage the end-to-end creative process-from brief intake to delivery-across internal teams and external agencies.
* Implement and oversee workflow systems to track creative requests, prioritisation, feedback cycles, and approvals.
* Ensure clear communication and scheduling across departments, including marketing, product, e-commerce, and sales.
Creative Strategy & Leadership
* Oversee the development and execution of creative content across campaigns, product storytelling, digital marketing, and retail.
* Collaborate with the Creative Lead to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
* Evolve and maintain visual brand guidelines across multiple apparel lines and distribution partners (wholesale, retail, and e-comm).
* Serve as brand guardian-ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with positioning in both B2B and D2C markets.
Team & Project Management
* Manage a team of designers, photographers, and freelancers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and digital teams to align creative with business objectives.
* Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution.
Agency & Platform Coordination
* Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the external e-commerce agency responsible for operating multiple brand websites.
* Coordinate the timely delivery of assets, imagery, and CRM content to support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activity.
* Monitor agency execution on image population, site merchandising visuals, and email content, ensuring alignment with internal timelines and standards.
* Track digital content needs and prioritise requests based on business goals and seasonal launches.
Market & Trend Awareness
* Stay informed on fashion, lifestyle, action sport and visual trends to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
* Benchmark competitors' creative strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
Brand Stewardship
* Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels and brand touchpoints.
* Uphold a high creative standard across all materials, ensuring they resonate with B2B and D2C audiences alike.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Person Profile:
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital content workflows, and CRM asset delivery.
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple workflows, vendors, and deadlines in a fast - paced, high-volume environment
* Understanding of apparel distribution channels (wholesale, retail, and e-commerce) is desirable.
Education and Experience:
* Degree level qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
* Significant experience in creative project management, content operations, or digital production, ideally within fashion, apparel, or consumer brands.
* Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, including designers, photographers, or freelancers, to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
