Role : SEN Teaching Assistant Rate of pay : £425 - £550 – Dependant on experience Location : Birmingham, Handsworth Wood About the role Connex Education is seeking a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment. This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will offer 1-1 support, helping students develop academically and socially, while also serving as a positive role model. The role will also involve supporting behavioural management strategies, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students regulate their emotions in line with the school’s policies.
