We're looking for a technically strong CRM Analyst to join our client at a critical point in a major CRM transformation. This role sits at the heart of a multi‑phase Salesforce programme. Salesforce is the strategic CRM platform, with Dynamics 365 also in use during a phased transition. The focus of the role is firmly on the technical and integration aspects of CRM, working closely with developers, Salesforce, and third‑party partners to deliver, test, and stabilise solutions. You'll be responsible for translating functional requirements into clear technical specifications, challenging design decisions, and ensuring data flows reliably across multiple systems. This is not a purely user‑facing BA role - it requires someone comfortable operating at the technical end of the spectrum, able to push back where needed and keep delivery on track in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can change.
