What you need to succeed:
* Native Japanese and English communication skills
* At least 6 months of customer support experience
* Analytical and research skills

* Personal laptop (min 8GB RAM) and stable internet (min 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
Preferred:
* Experience with CRM systems
* Experience in crypto/finance
