Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients Act as the expert and trusted advisor for your accounts Understand and promote a wide range of AV products and services Prepare detailed client quotations and proposals Collaborate with in-house technical and production teams Coordinate across departments to meet and exceed client expectations Maintain accurate records of all client communications Log all bookings and produce job paperwork through the internal system Attend client visits and site meetings as needed Work towards agreed KPIs, project targets, and business growth goals Identify and engage potential new clients or markets Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events ✅ What You'll Need: Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior account management, sales, or customer service role within the AV or live events industry Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset Ability to clearly understand client needs and go the extra mile Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
