Experienced Junior Sous Chef
Accommodation is £95 per week - a double room in a shared flat above the pub
Earn up to £37,000 per annum package (salary + tronc service charge)

What we expect...
Our Junior Sous Chefs are passionate about their teams and the food they serve. You should have experience working in a high-volume kitchen, delivering dishes to standards, and managing teams of up to 6 staff during busy services.
The ability to remain calm under pressure, lead, and motivate the team is essential.
