The Company This lovely agency are going from strength to strength delivering global high profile events for a range of pharma and healthcare clients. Working with some big name brands they deliver logistically complex events for delegate numbers in the 1000's all over the world and are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead a team. The Role The role of Account Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction of the agency while overseeing the successful delivery of client projects through the project team. Working closely with the SLT, you will contribute to strategic planning, growth initiatives, and the development of client relationships. As Account Manager you will also support the team in delivering complex events and new client wins, including travel to event locations as required. Account growth and pitching for new business is also part of this role. About you We are seeking an experienced candidate with an understanding of pharma events and compliance regulations. You will have prior experience in leading and managing a team as well as growing / maintaining accounts. International events experience, managing £1m plus budgets and ideally experience in congress events is key.
