Reference: bc1e58d8 Job Purpose: We are a warm, neurodivergent family seeking a kind, patient and creative PA to support a young child who is Autistic and Pathological Demand Avoidant (PDA). The role involves accompanying us on family outings alongside mum and siblings to provide an extra pair of hands, as well as supporting him at home when mum is out with other children. He is a bright and curious boy, and has a wide range of interests including Minecraft, history, crafts, the beach, cats, climbing and swimming. He needs someone who can engage with his passions, keep him safe, and model activities using declarative language (talking through what you’re doing) to help him join in. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity, patience and willingness to learn, who can build a trusting relationship with him over time.
