We are excited to present an opportunity for a skilled EDU Design Engineer Specialist to join our automotive client in Coventry, West Midlands. This role is perfect for experienced professionals dedicated to advancing electric vehicle technology.
In this role, you’ll contribute to electric drive unit development through package assessments, concept development, and design optimisation. Your expertise in 3D modelling (preferably CATIA V6), GD&T and drafting will be pivotal in creating detailed component and assembly drawings, supporting cross-functional teams, and identifying improvement opportunities aligned with JLR standards.
With your proven ability in project management and issue resolution, you will help drive innovative solutions within a collaborative environment. A background in the automotive sector and a degree in engineering or equivalent are preferred, but your enthusiasm and expertise are what truly matter.
