Caretaker – Sunderland – FM Service Provider - £120 per day
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and dedicated Caretaker to join a friendly primary school in Sunderland on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Details / Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 07:00am to 11:00am and then 15:00pm to 18:00pm
* Ongoing contract
* Start date - 6th of October
Key duties & Responsibilities:
* Completing basic cleaning duties
* Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
* Book outside contractors for major repair work
* Make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
* Check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use
* Open buildings in the morning and lock them at the end of the day
Requirements:
* To work to a timescale as agreed with you and your Supervisor/Manager
* Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
* To always act in a professional manner
* Be honest, reliable, and hard working
* Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
* Be eligible to work in the UK
* DBS certificate needed
