We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreman to oversee the service, refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of hire and customer equipment, ensuring safety standards and timely delivery.
On a daily basis, you will supervise a team of service engineers, ensure stock availability, provide technical assistance, and organize technical training.
What you'll need:
* Strong mechanical knowledge
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Previous supervisory experience, ideally within a similar industry
* Knowledge of managing asset and stock counts
* Ability to support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver
* Ability to manage a team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of H&S and housekeeping
