Your new role As an IBA Client Account Handler, you will oversee a portfolio of client accounts across multiple brands, playing a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Investigating and allocating cash Leading credit control activity and ensuring prompt debt recovery Processing payments for claims and return premiums Producing accurate and timely management information (MI) Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries ️ Ensuring full compliance with FCA CASS 5 Client Money Rules ️ Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date accounting ledgers and records Building strong working relationships to support financial performance This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role where your accuracy, resilience, and communication skills will be essential.
