We are recruiting Qualified Pipefitters for a long-term NAECI project based in Cambridge. This is a 12-month contract offering consistent hours, overtime, lodge allowance, and an Incentive Bonus Arrangement (IBA).
Pay and Benefits
Pay Rates (NAECI)
Base Hours: 38 hours per week (overtime applies thereafter)
All hours worked: £2100 per week plus lodge
£22.44 per hour
Overtime Rates
* OT1 (1.4x): Monday–Friday after 8.5 hour (10 hours paid)
* OT2 (1.8x): Saturday PM and Sunday (all day)
Incentive Bonus Arrangement (IBA)
* £2.37 per hour
* Paid in staged instalments
* Based on attendance and performance
* Not paid in full weekly
Lodge / Digs
* Digs provided
* Recent utility bill or bank statement showing home address (other personal data may be redacted)
* Proof of alternative accommodation such as a landlord receipt, bank statement, or tenancy agreement
Shift Pattern
* 11-day fortnight rotation
* Start Monday at 7:30am
* Second Thursday: 6-hour shift
* Return the following Monday at 7:30am
* Monday includes travel time plus a reduced shift proportional to travel duration

* Paid in line with NAECI conditions
