Job Description:
Your Responsibilities
* Learn about the Raisin platform, business model, and systems to support customers in the US market.
* Answer customer questions across voice and digital channels efficiently.
* Understand customer needs to create customer-oriented solutions.
* Create and implement optimized workflows and processes.
* Support the platform’s banking functions.
* Collaborate across teams to solve problems and complete projects.
Your Profile:
* Interest in Financial Services / FinTech / Open Banking.
* Genuine interest in solving problems and helping others.
* Compatible with a hybrid work environment.
* Customer Service experience and understanding of deposit products, payments, and banking (preferred).
* Proactive, self-motivated, organized in fast-paced environments.
* Solution-driven and results-oriented.
* Fluent in professional English.
* Based in/near Manchester HQ.
