Role Overview:
* Location: London (Hybrid Flex)
* Package: £60,000 - £70,000 + Comms
* Industry: IT Managed Services / Cyber Security
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and developing long-term relationships with existing clients across the full account lifecycle
* Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and shaping tailored IT solutions
* Identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
* Building and executing sales strategies to hit revenue and growth targets
* Working closely with technical, project and support teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Monitoring account performance and providing clear commercial reporting to stakeholders
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong experience in strategic account management within an MSP or IT services environment.
* Specialist experience within Cybersecurity sales and solutions.
* Consultative in approach, able to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to develop relationships and position new solutions that will add value.
* Confident new business development skills, with a commercial and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Solid sales fundamentals with a track record of hitting targets
* Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
* Collaborative approach, able to work effectively across teams
