We’re on the lookout for motivated and confident Cover Supervisors to take on long-term positions across well-established secondary schools in South Leeds.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Leading classrooms across a range of subjects in the absence of teachers
✅ Keeping students focused, on-task, and supported
✅ Managing behaviour professionally and calmly
✅ Delivering pre-prepared lesson content effectively
✅ Becoming a consistent and valued part of the school team

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, tutoring, etc.) would be a plus but if dealt with children before and wants to explore new opportunities
Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
A calm, adaptable and confident attitude
Degree holders, aspiring teachers or experienced Cover Supervisors welcome
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
