Quality Controller Vacancy – Luxury and Classic Car Parts Company
1. Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 (Depending on Experience)
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
3. No Weekends

We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Quality Controller to join a specialist automotive parts business.
This is a key, autonomous role responsible for ensuring all internal mechanical and safety-critical components meet the highest quality, safety, and manufacturer standards prior to use or sale.
Key Responsibilities
5. Inspect internal mechanical components, engine parts, brake systems, and other safety-critical items
6. Carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet manufacturer and internal standards
7. Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and take appropriate action
8. Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control processes
9. Sign off parts as fit for use or re-sale once all quality standards have been met
10. Support continuous improvement by reporting recurring issues and recommending process improvements
Requirements:
11. Proven experience in a Quality Controller / Quality Assurance role within the automotive industry
12. Strong knowledge of mechanical components and safety-critical parts
13. Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to inspections
14. Ability to work independently as a one-person quality function
15. Strong communication skills when liaising with technicians, warehouse staff, and management
16. Relevant automotive qualifications or extensive industry experience
