Salary: £9,724 per annum (Pro-rata of £24,310 FTE for 14.8 hours per week)

As a Partnership and Integration Business Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Early Years & Childcare Partnership & Integration Team. Your work will directly contribute to improving service delivery, training, and communication across early years providers, helping ensure children in Kent get the best possible start in life.
What you’ll be doing
Provide administrative and business support to the Partnership & Integration team
Manage data systems, update records, and respond to email and telephone enquiries
Coordinate and support virtual and in-person meetings, training, and events, including occasional out-of-hours activities
Support communication with potential and existing childminders through email, phone and social media
Manage bookings, purchasing, and invoicing processes
Prepare and proofread documents and communications in line with company guidelines
Maintain websites, databases, and filing systems in line with data protection and retention policies
Recommend improvements to systems and processes where appropriate
What we’re looking for
Proven experience providing high-level administrative support
Must have strong Microsoft Office experience specifically Excel
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading
Experience working with data management systems
Understanding of Early Years & Childcare sector (desirable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
