Job Description:
Venatu Automotive is hiring for a Shift Engineering Supervisor PSV/HGV in Glasgow. This permanent position is ideal for a PSV/HGV Engineer looking to move into leadership or an existing supervisor seeking a new opportunity in a forward-thinking engineering environment.
The Role includes:
* Overseeing fleet servicing and maintenance to meet safety standards
* Managing daily workloads and reactive issues
* Leading and mentoring engineering team
* Ensuring vehicle availability
* Managing workshop stock and warranty claims
* Recording performance and ensuring environmental compliance
* Collaborating with operational teams
* Handling team performance and training
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
* PSV or HGV engineering experience is highly desirable
* Full UK Driving Licence; PCV licence is a bonus (training available)
* Knowledge of workshop safety and compliance
* Right to work in the UK
