As a Key member of our team, you can expect the following responsibilities:
* Take ownership of the food operation aspect of our business. We want you to be able to put your own stamp on the menus, using your experience to incorporate flavour & style to wow our customers.
* Menu writing including costing, sourcing of ingredients and allergen updates.
* Leading the team- Develop and train staff where necessary, building a team you can rely on to help deliver exceptional standards.
* Manage expenditure & labour costs to suit the needs of the business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
